Skate at Somerset House

This great 18th-century courtyard that is home to Somerset House ice rink has an amazing location for skating sessions this winter. Also, there are some very exciting extras such as the Fortnum’s Lodge which offers champagne, afternoon tea and even private dining; Club Nights has the best DJs in town mixing up; The Christmas Arcade brings posh shopping from Fortnum & Mason; Guests can admire the skaters falling down with drink in hand at the Botanical Bar. Sounds fun right?

Winter Wonderland

One of the best (if not the best) attractions to visit in in London during this winter. Starting point: free entry! Not that I am cheap, but it’s not easy to find something very good for free anymore. This stunning event counts with a Giant Observation Wheel and two circuses – ‘Christmas Circus’ and ‘Cirque Berserk’ – from the family-friendly Zippos Circus. Wonderland’s ice rink which is the biggest outdoor rink in the UK and many other impressive attractions. Also, the Christmas market is just lovely! Perfect if you’re willing to get into the festive spirit!

St Moritz Restaurant

This cute little Swiss restaurant is situated on Oxford Street! It’s a bit hard to find a reservation there so I would suggest you guys to book two or three days in advance. The food is mouth-watering and the staff is friendly! Cheese lovers will love it!

Southbank Winter Festival

This year’s Southbank Winter Festival is just insanely good! The place will provide lots of live performances and shows. The annual Christmas Market is set to be bigger and better than ever. If you’re really looking in getting into the Christmas spirit, I would recommend you to go to the La Soirée show which brings together burlesque and circus side-show entertainment.
