Welcome to the paradise, welcome to Trancoso, one of the most desired to go places specially for New Years… What makes it so special? Let’s go through my photos diary to find out.

River or Sea?

On one side you have the beautiful view of a river, on the other side you have the sea. Just perfect if you get bored of the waves and want to chill in a flat and calm river.

Crabs walkway

Wearing a shirt dress by Glamorous, this is the walkway surrounded by crabs from the city to the beach.

The “Quadrado”

This is the Quadrado where everything happens! Here you will find a diversity of restaurants, bars and street art markets. My favourite restaurants are: Capim Santo, Cantinho Doce and Sabor da Bahia.

Saravá party

Saravá party on the beach is one of the most expected parties of Trancoso! The music and the place was absolutely stunning, had a great time in there.

What an afternoon!

Chilling by the Café de La Musique…

Estrela D’água is such a beautiful place! It is right in front of Nativos Beach in Trancoso. The hotel is very sophisticated and the décor is all rustic, marvellous.

With Ed and Nelson at the NYE party. Reveillon Taípe is the most traditional and famous party of Trancoso. The place attracts people from all over Brazil and the World! Party guests include entrepreneurs, celebrities and socialites. Let’s say that about two thousand people get together to celebrate the turn of the year in style. The view of the ocean is absolutely paradisiacal. What a night guys, what a night… Had loads of fun!

On our way to Praia do Espelho we stopped at a village called Itaporanga and met the local children. They were so welcoming! It was an amazing experience for Anthony and I to see this part of Brazil.
