London has been going a bit crazy for artisan coffee and that has called my attention recently, that’s the reason for this post! Where would be the best place for your cappuccino? and about your croissant? Find it out right below:
1 – Kaffeine
Owner Peter Dore-Smith has managed to open this amazing spot in 2009 in Fitzrovia. As it is located in a quite business area, it’s a great place for business meetings and of course for the best flat white in town.
Where about: 66 Great Titchfield St, Fitzrovia, London W1W 7QJ.
Again in Fitzrovia, that’s the place where you will see the regulars standing at the bar and having a chat with the baristas. However, if you don’t fancy to stand at the bar, there’s a beautiful Victorian seating room available.
Where about: 80A Mortimer Street, Fitzrovia, London W1W 7FE.
Prufrock was opened in 2009 by two of the best coffee specialists in the UK: The World Barista Champion Gwilym Davies and top UK coffee trainer Jeremy Challenger. Enormously friendly place and also very spacious, just perfect to relax and enjoy the best coffee beans.
Where about: 23-25 Leather Lane, London EC1N 7TE.
Located in one of the very cool and narrow streets of Shoreditch, Origin traces each coffee to a particular farm in Cornwall. Great small deserts also!
Where about: 65 Charlotte Road, Shoreditch, London EC2A 3PE.
5 – Orée
I have been there recently and I have to say that it’s such an excellent coffee shop/bakery. I’ve tried the best small deserts and Croque Madam in London! Great place to go to on a Sunday for brunch while walking around on Fulham Road.
Where about: 275-277 Fulham Road, Chelsea, London, SW10 9PZ
